Kuwait Launches Air Bridge for Gaza Relief Operations

In response to the urgent needs of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, Kuwait has initiated a relief effort through an air bridge. This operation is conducted under the direct guidance of Kuwaiti leadership, including HH the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and HH the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al-Nawaf Al-Sabah. The air bridge, set to operate daily throughout the week, will dispatch humanitarian relief flights from Kuwait to Gaza via Al-Arish in Egypt. The endeavor involves various Kuwaiti ministries such as foreign affairs, defense, the air force, and the health ministry. Additionally, humanitarian organizations like the Kuwait Red Crescent Society and the Kuwait Relief Society are actively participating in this crucial relief mission.
The provision of urgent supplies and medical necessities aims to address the pressing humanitarian situation in Gaza, which has been exacerbated by recent conflict and strained resources. The relief effort underscores Kuwait’s commitment to supporting those affected by the crisis and reflects the nation’s longstanding dedication to the Palestinian cause.
