UAE Leaders Discuss Future Growth and Wellbeing in High-Level Meetings

Tuesday’s high-level meetings between President Sheikh Mohamed and Sheikhs Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, and Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, covered the growth of the UAE.

According to state news agency Wam, the leaders convened in Qasr Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi to assess the country’s future goals and initiatives to improve the wellness of its citizens.

They wished Sultan Al Neyadi, a pioneering astronaut, safe passage home following his six-month mission on the International Space Station.

The three guys expressed their gratitude to everyone who helped make the historic expedition, which was the longest space mission ever carried out in the Arab world, a success.

Additionally making history, Dr. Al Neyadi was the first Arab astronaut to participate in a spacewalk.After leaving the International Space Station 17 hours earlier, Dr. Al Neyadi and three other astronauts returned to Earth on Monday.

At 8:17 AM UAE time, the SpaceX Dragon capsule carrying them splashed down off the coast of Jacksonville, Florida.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, Sheikh Saif bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Emirates Airline and Group, were among the sheikhs, ministers, and officials present at the meeting.
