Riyadh, the dynamic capital city of Saudi Arabia, has been selected as the host for the highly anticipated Global Esports Games 2023 (GEG2023), the flagship esports event organized by the Global Esports Federation. The event is scheduled to take place from December 12 to 17, as announced by the Saudi Esports Federation (SEF).
This decision is in perfect alignment with the goals and vision outlined in the National Gaming and Esports Strategy, with the SEF actively working towards establishing the Kingdom as a central hub for esports.
GEG2023 aims to foster a sense of community and global camaraderie among esports enthusiasts worldwide. With the theme #Worldconnected, the event is set to bring together an impressive lineup of 950 professional players hailing from over 100 countries and territories. These elite players will showcase their skills and compete at the highest level.
