Dream in Full Colour: Icons of Porsche Delights Visitors with Culinary Delights, Family Entertainment, and Art Exhibitions
The region’s largest classic car gathering, Icons of Porsche, promises an exciting and diverse experience for visitors. Located on Bluewaters Island, the event features a café with Porsche classic model displays and artwork, providing a unique setting for coffee and pizza enthusiasts. For those craving Texan barbecue, Mattar Farm offers Texas-style BBQ and smoked burgers, while Frosty Bro serves a variety of fruit and ice cream options for dessert lovers.
The event also caters to families with Porsche4Kids mascots Tom Targa and Tina Turbo, who entertain and educate children on sustainability and mobility. New attractions include an E-Sports section with virtual racing and gaming, as well as a kite surfing simulator for outdoor sports enthusiasts. Children can engage in activities like coloring exercises, a photo booth, and making their own Porsche badge.
Celebrating the 75th anniversary of Porsche, the event features live art by renowned artists exploring a wide range of colors. Artists will create their visions on canvas along the Art Beach, showcasing themes such as 60 years of the 911, 75 years of Porsche sports cars, and 100 years of the 24 Hours of Le Mans endurance race.
Icons of Porsche is the region’s largest gathering of classic cars, art, and culture, attracting over 15,000 visitors in the previous edition. The event, taking place on November 25–26, 2023, at Dubai Design District, includes the first public display of the new Panamera, a vast collection of classic Porsches, and the Mission X hypercar concept as part of a supercar showcase under the theme “Dream in Full Color.” Visitors can register for complimentary single or family tickets on the Icons of Porsche website.
