UAE Weather: Light Rain, Cooler Temps Expected Today
NCM forecasts temperature drop, scattered rainfall, and reduced visibility due to fog and blowing dust across the UAE

UAE Weather: Light Rain and Cooler Temperatures Expected
A weather notice for the United Arab Emirates has been issued by the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), which predicts a decrease in temperature and light rainfall in multiple areas. Abu Dhabi’s Bu Hasa, Yaw Al Nadhrah, Al Dhafra, Qarnain Island, and Diynah Island all had early morning rainfall.
Additional rain is expected later in the day, particularly in western regions and coastal areas.
Cloudy conditions will persist throughout the day, with intermittent rainfall in some locations. Temperatures are expected to be cooler in western parts of the UAE. Maximum temperatures will range between 35°C and 39°C in inland areas, 30°C to 35°C in coastal and island regions, and 25°C to 30°C in mountainous areas.
Humidity levels are set to rise overnight, increasing the likelihood of fog and mist formation, particularly in internal regions by early Monday morning. Light to moderate winds will continue to blow from southeast to northwest at 10 to 25 km/h, with gusts as high as 40 km/h. In certain western regions, blowing dust may make it harder to see in the afternoon.
The Arabian Gulf’s seas will be mild to moderate, although later in the day they may get choppy. It is anticipated that the Oman Sea will stay calm.
When traveling, care should be given because fog, mist, and blowing dust can impair vision. In certain places, the day may continue with cooler temperatures and sporadic showers.
