In the ever-evolving world of social media, where new trends fade away quickly, a ‘viral Dubai chocolate’ bar filled with pistachio paste and kunafa (a traditional Arabic dessert pronounced knafe) has recently taken the dessert world by storm. Through the storm.

The June 2024 creation of the “Can’t Get Knafeh of It-Hero” bar was made by FIX Dessert Chocolatier, a 2021 company established by 38-year-old British-Egyptian entrepreneur Sarah Hamuda, who is located in Dubai.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, has joined the trend by specifically personalizing this delicious chocolate bar, so it looks like it’s here to stay.

On September 13, Friday, Sheikh Hamdan posted a picture of a box of chocolates to his Instagram Story. He tagged @fixdessertchocolatier and said, “The best.”

The chocolate bar’s packaging featured Sheikh Hamdan’s signature horse logo.

The official page of Dubai’s FIX Dessert Chocolatier on Instagram has confirmed the collaboration with Sheikh Hamdan, expressing deep gratitude and respect.

“I’ve always known that life is unpredictable. With hard work, hope, joy and appreciation, I’ve had an unimaginable year. After months of growth, I’m humbled and almost at a beautiful loss to share our latest milestone with you,” he said. Sarah wrote in a post on Instagram on Saturday, September 14.

In an Instagram video, Hamoda shared that FIX started when she was in a crazy craving while pregnant with her second daughter. “I sent my husband to Dubai to find different sweets and chocolates for me, and they were all delicious, but didn’t fix me. So, I wanted something different—my mom made nostalgic flavors like knafeh for us.”
