Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Meets National Guard Delegation, Commends Role of UAE Armed Forces

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, welcomed a delegation from the National Guard Command led by Staff Major General Salem Saeed Ghafan Al Jaberi, Commander of the National Guard.

During the meeting held at The Executive Council of Dubai’s headquarters, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed praised the pivotal role played by the UAE Armed Forces in safeguarding the nation and its resources. He highlighted that under the steadfast support of UAE leadership, headed by President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the UAE Armed Forces have maintained the highest standards of operational readiness and professionalism in fulfilling their national duties.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed received a comprehensive briefing on the strategic objectives of the National Guard Command at the Ministry of Defence, emphasizing its role in ensuring the safety and security of the community in collaboration with relevant entities. He conveyed his gratitude to the National Guard commanders for their dedicated efforts and extended his best wishes for their continued success in executing their responsibilities.

The meeting was attended by Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police; Abdulla Al Basti, Secretary General of The Executive Council of Dubai; and Talal Humaid Belhoul Al Falasi, Director General of Dubai’s State Security Department.
