A passenger onboard a Muscat-Islamabad flight passed away, leading to an emergency landing in Karachi. The flight, en route from Muscat to Islamabad, encountered a medical emergency in Pakistani airspace near Hoshab. Following instructions from air traffic control, the aircraft was diverted to Karachi, where it landed at 5:36 am. Despite medical attention, the passenger, identified as Basharat from Azad Kashmir’s Bagh area, was pronounced dead. Subsequently, the flight resumed its journey to Islamabad with the remaining passengers.
