UAE and Finland Celebrate 50 Years of Diplomatic Relations in Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi [UAE], January 14: The 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Finland and the United Arab Emirates was celebrated with a celebration held at the Finnish Embassy in the United Arab Emirates.
The strong and expanding bilateral ties between the two friendly nations were emphasized by Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo during the event, which took place at the Bab Al Qasr Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
Several ambassadors from Arab and foreign nations accredited to the UAE, Finnish officials, business leaders, and members of the Finnish community living in the UAE attended the event, along with Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Seyoudi, Minister of Foreign Trade; Tula Johanna Yrjola, Ambassador of Finland to the UAE; Amna Mahmoud Fikri, Ambassador of the UAE to Finland; and Omar Rashid Al Neyadi, Director of the European Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
