For travelers in the First Class Lounge in Dubai, a special Thali set and a mouthwatering dessert of Kulfi Falooda will be served. The Kulfi Falooda is a traditional Indian ice cream infused with saffron and pistachio, offering a rich and indulgent treat.

Throughout the journey, passengers can enjoy an array of Diwali delicacies, including dal kachori and vegetable samosas, complemented by a special Phuljadi cocktail featuring Woodford Reserve, chai mix, lemon, orange, and agave.

In the Business Class Lounge, the menu includes kachori, samosas, angoori rabdi, and rasgullas, accompanied by the Diwali cocktail, Rum ta jogi, crafted with white rum, elderflower, lemon, and a pinch of chaat masala.

Emirates Lounges in Cape Town and Johannesburg, where there is a significant Indian diaspora, will also offer a selection of Diwali treats, including ladoo, jalebi, and burfi.

To enhance the cultural experience, Emirates offers an extensive selection of Bollywood movies through its ice entertainment library, featuring up to 260 Indian films, including classics, regional hits, and highly anticipated releases like “Kantara”. Additionally, the airline presents a special collection of Yash Raj Films, known as Bollywood’s ‘father of romance’, along with a wide range of Indian music albums and playlists for passengers to enjoy.
