Dubai Parks and Resorts Unveils World’s Largest Illuminated Camel, Breaking Guinness World Record

Dubai Parks and Resorts, the Middle East’s largest theme park destination, has unveiled the largest illuminated camel in the world, setting a new Guinness World Records title for the ‘Largest LED Sculpture of a Mammal’. This impressive 7-meter-tall structure, located in RiverlandTM Dubai, pays tribute to the significant role camels play in Emirati culture and heritage. Camels hold deep cultural and historical significance in the UAE, making this record-breaking sculpture a meaningful addition to the destination.
Every evening from sunset onwards, the majestic camel will be illuminated, providing a captivating visual display and creating a popular spot for visitors to capture memorable photos. The sculpture is situated next to Viva Ristorante and adds to the rich cultural experience available at Riverland Dubai, where guests can also enjoy a variety of themed food and entertainment options.
This achievement follows Dubai Parks and Resorts’ earlier Guinness World Record for the ‘Largest Inflatable Bouncy Castle’ with the launch of JumpX. The destination continues to work towards providing memorable experiences for its guests, with future collaborations and initiatives planned, including potential partnerships with organizations like the Dubai Camel Racing Club, further celebrating the UAE’s rich heritage and culture.
