Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are cheapest cities in the world, is it true?

Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates make the list of the world’s top ten cheapest cosmopolitan cities, with Kuwait at the top. According to a survey conducted by Workyard Research, with an average monthly income of $6,199 per resident in Kuwait and a cost of living of $752.70, Kuwait is the most affordable city in the world.
This means that residents can keep a large portion of their salary even after covering their basic expenses. While New York was the least affordable city on the list with high incomes, Kuwait topped the list as the most affordable city.
Abu Dhabi ranks second on the global list for high income and low cost of living. Residents in Abu Dhabi are said to earn, on average, about $7,154 and spend $873.10 each month.
After this, Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, has taken the third place in the list. The average monthly income here is $6,245, and the cost of living comes up to $814.90.
Also, Dubai and Sharjah are the fourth and fifth cheapest cities. While the monthly income in Dubai is $7,118, the expenses are $1,007. Likewise. Sharjah costs up to $741.30 with an average monthly income of $5,229.
Outside the Middle East, Melbourne in Australia is said to be a good place to earn and live. Average monthly income here is $7,312 and living expenses are around $1,079.20.
Norway’s capital Oslo is next, with residents earning about $7,543 per month and reportedly spending $1,121.50 on living expenses. The 8th and 9th places on the list are London and San Francisco. Their monthly income is $8,411 and $9,249, respectively, and living expenses are $1,260.80 and $1,440.10 per month. It’s a bit high.
Along with this, Zurich ranks among the top ten cheapest cities worldwide. Residents here earn around $9,222 monthly and spend around $1,815.20 on living expenses.
The aforementioned list was compiled from government labor sources by the research institute’s experts who analyzed data from 20 cities to determine where people earn the best money and compare average monthly living expenses.
It is not known whether this list is a survey of people who work and what they earn. No matter how the survey is done, it is an undeniable fact that the minimum monthly wage earners are well paid for their expenses and the remittances they send back home to their families.
