Weather Update: UAE Experiences Low Visibility Due to Fog Alerts

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has issued red and yellow fog alerts and low horizontal visibility, cautioning residents to be mindful of reduced visibility in affected areas. This alert is effective until 8:30 a.m. today, potentially impacting morning commutes. Abu Dhabi Police have advised motorists to be attentive to changing speed limits, which will be indicated on electronic sign boards along the road.

In terms of overall weather conditions, the country can expect fair to partly cloudy skies, with low clouds anticipated over the east coast in the morning. Humidity levels are expected to rise during the night and into Friday morning.

Temperatures are set to peak at 43°C in Abu Dhabi and 42°C in Dubai, while the lows will hover around 31°C and 32°C across the emirates.
