UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, along with Emirati astronaut Sultan AlNeyadi, commemorated the day by hoisting the flag at Qasr Al Hosn, an emblematic location in the nation’s history.
In a touching moment, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, joined the festivities, expressing a heartfelt prayer for the safety and well-being of the nation and all Muslim countries.
Dubai’s Ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum celebrated the occasion by highlighting the UAE’s significant contributions, both on Earth and in space.
