Enova Unveils AI-Driven Virtual Assistant to Enhance Energy Management

Enova, a joint venture between Majid Al Futtaim and Veolia and a regional leader in integrated energy and facilities management services, has announced the launch of its artificial intelligence Enova Virtual Assistant (AIEVA). The solution is designed to improve the user experience for customers, job seekers and suppliers by responding to Enova-related inquiries.
Engineered with Google’s most advanced generative AI model, Google Gemini, and co-developed with Hoplo, an Italian company specializing in AI solutions, AIEVA uses state-of-the-art technology to gather information from various sources, continuously improve through interaction, and seamlessly integrate new data. .
Supporting multiple languages, it efficiently processes queries and provides accurate responses and recommendations to improve service delivery.
Major milestone

AIEVA will be part of Enova’s intelligent digital solutions for customer services, including Hubgrade – Enova’s smart monitoring hub, Enova Virtual Operations, One Enova mobile app, drone inspection capabilities and virtual reality training.
