UAE President Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed to Discuss Economic Cooperation with US Leaders
Emirati President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan will meet US President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris next week.
The leaders are set to discuss developments in Gaza, escalating regional tensions between Israel and Lebanon, oil and, most importantly, financial restructuring for Emirati officials.
Anwar Gargash, a senior adviser to the Sheikh, said, “The purpose of this trip is really from an Emirati perspective, which is investing in our future through an economic lens.”
According to the UAE Embassy in Washington DC, bilateral trade between the UAE and the US will reach $31.4 billion by 2023.
UAE to cooperate in fields like artificial intelligence (AI), renewable energy, climate and space.
