Indian at-home services platform, Urban Company, which is gearing up for its IPO, has formed a strategic alliance with Noon, a leading Saudi-based e-commerce platform, to introduce on-demand home services across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The goal of this collaboration is to provide users with a smooth experience by incorporating Urban Company’s extensive service portfolio within the Noon app.
Customers can easily schedule and manage reliable specialists for a range of home services through the Noon platform thanks to this partnership. Hourly and monthly cleaning plans, deep cleaning, laundry, air conditioning (AC) maintenance, plumbing, electrical repairs, massage treatment, grooming, childcare, pet care, and at-home salon services are just a few of the services that clients in the United Arab Emirates can take advantage of.
Urban Company will offer hourly and monthly cleaning services for Saudi Arabia, thorough cleaning for kitchens, couches, and carpets, home maintenance (carpentry, AC, and electrical), and at-home massage and nail care services for ladies.

Urban Company has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) for an IPO of Rs 1,900 crore, so this alliance comes at a crucial time for the company. With an operating income of Rs 846 crore in the first nine months of FY25, which is a 41% increase year-on-year, the company has shown impressive growth. With a net profit of Rs 242 crore during this time, it has achieved significant profitability, which is a significant improvement over the loss of Rs 58 crore in the same period last year.
