The Saudi Press Agency said in a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency that the payment process will be carried out through reliable electronic payment systems and will be strictly in accordance with the price ceiling set by the ministry.

The ministry said that this practice will contribute to protecting the rights of the employer and the domestic worker during the change of workplace and will make it easier to issue a fixed-term employment contract with clauses that protect the rights of both parties.

This new service has been launched with a view to improving the country’s domestic labor sector, enhancing the quality of recruitment, protecting rights and regulating the contractual relationship between all parties involved.

It is also noteworthy that the Ministry has established the Musaned platform as the official website for domestic services and domestic work program to explain the rights and obligations of the worker and the employer.
