New Program Targets School Principals, Teachers, and Leaders

Ras Al Khaimah Launches Golden Visa for Educators
The Ras Al Khaimah Department of Knowledge (RAK DOK) has launched a Golden Visa program targeting government and private school educators residing in the emirate.
The program offers dedicated professionals, who meet specific criteria, the ability to self-finance by obtaining long-term residency in the UAE.
The Golden Visa is designed to attract and retain exceptional talent in the education sector, including school principals, teachers and leaders in schools in Ras Al Khaimah.
“This initiative recognizes the important role educators play in improving the quality of education for all students in Ras Al Khaimah,” said RAK DOK Board Member Dr. Abdulrahman Al Naqbi.
“This program acknowledges the invaluable contribution of faculty and is in line with our broader mission to establish a world-class education system in Ras Al Khaimah. By equipping outstanding academics for long-term residency, fostering a strong academic environment that fosters talent and innovation, and further enhancing our educational offerings, we ensure the continued success of our students. We reaffirm our commitment to do the same,” he added.
The Ras Al Khaimah Golden Visa Program is open to two main categories of educators: principals, vice-principals and school directors, and “school leaders”, including “teachers”, which includes all qualified educators currently working in public and private schools in Ras Al Khaimah. Kaima
