Kremlin foreign policy aide Yuri Ushakov confirmed the details of the meeting, emphasizing its significance in the context of ongoing diplomatic efforts.
The talks, which continued till midnight, emphasized the UAE’s function as a dispute mediator. “We continue to make efforts to mediate the exchange of prisoners,” Sheikh Mohammed said, expressing his dedication to helping to facilitate the prisoner exchange.
He told Putin that the UAE is prepared to aggressively seek diplomatic solutions that are advantageous to all parties to the dispute. His remarks highlight the UAE’s role as a crucial diplomatic actor and demonstrate a larger commitment to promoting peace in the area.
