Etihad Airways Medical Center Earns JCIA Gold Seal for Excellence in Aviation Medicine
ABU DHABI [UAE], November 6: The Etihad Airways Medical Center (EAMC), the first aeromedical facility in the region to get accreditation from the United Arab Emirates General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), has been granted the Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) gold seal. This honor reaffirms EAMC’s dedication to upholding the highest standards in aviation medicine and all-encompassing healthcare services.
As the first aeromedical center in the region, EAMC was founded in 2004 and serves both Etihad’s personnel and the larger Abu Dhabi population. It is a pioneer in aviation medicine.
The center’s performance in the JCIA evaluation stands as evidence of its dedication to providing high-quality safety and healthcare.
