President Abdel Fattah El Sisi hosted a Ramadan Iftar banquet in honor of UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, highlighting the enduring brotherly ties between Egypt and the UAE.
The event, which was held during Sheikh Mohammed’s trip to Egypt, strengthened the two countries’ close strategic and diplomatic ties.

According to Presidential Spokesperson Mohammed Al Shennawi, the visit is a reflection of the long-standing cooperation between the leaders of the two countries. The discussions at the iftar focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation in a number of fields, in order to promote mutual progress and prosperity.

Sheikh Mohammed expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and stressed his commitment to strengthening the historic alliance between the UAE and Egypt. He stressed the importance of continued cooperation in the political, social and economic fields, in order to support stability and development in the region.

On social media, President Sisi expressed his feelings, calling Egypt a “second home” for Sheikh Mohammed. He emphasized their conversations on strengthening close ties and sharing perspectives on important regional concerns.

The visit served as a reminder of the unwavering alliance between Egypt and the UAE, based on mutual respect, shared values, and a shared goal of peace and progress in the Arab world.
