Dubai Launches Family Business Management Programme to Foster Sustainability
Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Finance of the UAE, inaugurated the Dubai Family Business Management Programme in collaboration with the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development. This initiative, under the auspices of Dubai Chambers, aims to empower second-tier management in family businesses, ensuring their longevity, effective succession planning, and enhanced governance.
Sheikh Maktoum emphasized the significance of family businesses in Dubai’s economic landscape and stressed that sustainable investment is contingent on advancing human capabilities and management proficiency. The programme seeks to bolster the core systems of family businesses, equipping their management with comprehensive training packages to enhance competitiveness and contribute to Dubai’s future plans.
