  2. Blockchain-Enabled Logistics: A collaboration with Vinculum Group to combine blockchain-based logistics technologies with order management systems, improving SME operations and adherence to Dubai Customs’ blockchain platform.

Additionally, the forum unveiled InsightsIQ, an AI-powered analytics platform developed by Dubai CommerCity. This tool enables SMEs to access real-time data insights, streamline decision-making, and adapt to shifting market trends.

Panel sessions featured industry leaders addressing critical topics in digital commerce, including fintech innovations, AI’s ethical use, and the digitization of customs operations. Key highlights included:

  • Payments for E-Commerce: SVP of Noon Payments Fintech innovations that are changing customer experiences were highlighted by Moasam Gadia.
  • Customs Digitization: Using blockchain and cutting-edge technology to improve security and transparency was a key topic of discussion conducted by Dubai Customs authorities.
  • AI in Commerce: To strike a balance between innovation and customer trust, experts emphasized the significance of implementing ethical AI methods, such as Ali Haider from Microsoft UAE.
