Brookfield and ADQ Explore Takeover Bid for Spanish Firm Grifols
Brookfield Asset Management and Apudapi Development Holding Company. ( ADQ ) Spanish blood plasma firm Grifols SA is in talks with several wealth funds to join a takeover bid.
