UAE: Rain and temperatures as low as 13°C today
NCM warns of rough seas, low visibility, and temperatures dropping to 13°C in some areas

Rain, Dust Storms, and Cooler Temperatures Expected Across UAE
Residents of the United Arab Emirates can expect rain in some parts of the country on Wednesday, with temperatures dropping, the National Centre for Meteorology and Geophysics (NCM) has warned of dust storms and showers from today to Friday.
The weather today will be partly cloudy in some western, northern and coastal areas.
Moderate to fresh winds, strong at times, will blow, especially over the sea. This will blow dust and sand inland, reducing horizontal visibility.
The sea will be rough to very rough at times in the Arabian Gulf, and light to moderate in the evening in the Sea of Oman.
The NCM has issued orange and yellow warnings as sea levels in the Arabian Gulf are expected to reach 10 feet from 7am on Thursday to 7am on Sunday.
The minimum temperature in the mountainous parts of the country is expected to be 13°C, while the maximum is expected to be 27°C in the interior.
Humidity will reach a maximum of 90 percent in the interior regions and drop to 15 percent in the mountainous parts of the country.
