UAE’s ASM Air Expands Fleet with First Challenger 605

The first Bombardier Challenger 605 business jet has been added to Aviation Services Management’s (ASM) expanding fleet.

The recently purchased aircraft is 15.9 years old, registered as A6-ASM (msn 5807), and has space for up to 11 passengers. Prior to this, the aircraft was flown by Saudi Arabia’s Aviation Horizons, based in Riyadh, and registered VP-CIF. Its final flight was a test flight around Dubai World Central on October 10, 2024, using the operator code ‘HZS’ before to joining ASM Air.

Aviation Horizons continues to operate another Challenger 605, currently registered in San Marino and based at Jeddah International Airport.

With this addition, ASM Air now operates a diverse fleet of aircraft, including two Learjet 60XR aircraft. The aircraft, with an average age of 14.2 years, accommodate six passengers and offer medical evacuation services, enhancing ASM’s operational capabilities.

The Challenger 605 represents a significant step in ASM Air’s expansion strategy, strengthening its presence in the commercial aviation sector.
