An Indian expatriate residing in Oman, Rajesh Mullankil Vellilapullithodi, emerged as the lucky winner of the Dh15 million grand prize in the Big Ticket draw held on April 3.His winning ticket, no. 375678, was purchased on March 30. However, despite several attempts by the event organizers to contact him, he remained unavailable at the time of announcement.
