ABU DHABI [UEI], Oct 19: Fresh talks between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Ukraine reached a new airport of handovers, resulting in the deterioration of 190 prisoners, bringing the total number of prisoners exchanged to 2,184 with mediation efforts. .
