Bodhan Inspector Arrested for Allegedly Aiding Ex-MLA’s Son in Escaping to UAE
No injuries, but Rahil was taken to the police station and escaped

HYDERABAD: It has come to light that two additional individuals, one of whom is a police officer, were involved in assisting Rahil in escaping to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) a month after a high-end car, which was allegedly driven by the son of former Bodhan MLA Shakeel Amir, collided with a barricade in front of Praja Bhavan. The car was said to have hit the barricade.
Bodhan circle reviewer Prem Kumar and Wasey, a companion of Shakeel Amir, were purportedly kept by Punjagutta police over charges of working with Rahil’s break.
Prior, Hyderabad Chief of Police K Sreenivasa Rao suspended Punjagutta Station House Official Durga Rao for purportedly protecting Rahil by embroiling someone else as the principal charged in the mishap case. While a Post Round has been given against Rahil, the previous MLA has likewise been named a suspect.
