She explained, “Mahboub” Chatbot is equipped to handle customer inquiries related to RTA’s information, procedures, and interactive services. Its continuous learning feature enables it to learn from previous conversations, enhancing its understanding of inquiries and ensuring more accurate responses.
“Mahboub” is available in both Arabic and English, catering to a diverse audience within and outside the country. Ongoing efforts are focused on refining the generative artificial intelligence techniques employed by “Mahboub” to better comprehend natural human languages and generate human-like responses while prioritizing data privacy protection in the realm of digital advancements.
The Chatbot offers an extensive array of over 250 informational and procedural services through the WhatsApp channel. These services encompass paying public parking fees, inquiring about vehicle ownership renewal, accessing nol card services, marine transportation services, and more.
As part of its commitment to embracing artificial intelligence technologies, RTA is actively contributing to the UAE’s goal of becoming a global leader in AI by 2031. This strategic objective, aligned with the UAE Strategy for Artificial Intelligence, reflects the visionary approach of the state and the Dubai government.
The integration of “Mahboub” Chatbot for driving test appointments via WhatsApp represents a significant leap in providing efficient, user-friendly services, showcasing RTA’s dedication to leveraging technology for the benefit of residents and visitors in Dubai.
