New Saudi Arabian and Qatari hotels rank among the world’s most luxurious

These 15 properties are the best in Luxury Travel Intelligence's latest rankings

Luxury Travel Intelligence (LTI) has unveiled its exclusive list of the top 15 new luxury hotels globally, and it’s a dazzling array of opulence and innovation. The prestigious Bulgari Rome clinched the top spot, stunning critics and travelers alike.

Among the elite establishments, Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea resort marked its presence as the inaugural hotel in the Red Sea development, capturing attention with its homage to Nabataean architectural heritage. LTI praised its sustainability efforts and desert-inspired hospitality, marking Saudi Arabia’s ascent in luxury tourism.

Notably, the Four Seasons in Doha offers a unique residential-style experience with spacious apartments, embracing a “home-away-from-home” ambiance that resonates with Four Seasons’ signature touch, as highlighted by the judges.

London’s Peninsula Hotel also made the cut, drawing admiration for its meticulous preparation before its grand opening, a rarity in the industry where perfectionism isn’t always the norm for new luxury hotels.

The list features diverse gems, from the Dolli in Athens to Capella in Sydney, each celebrated for distinct qualities and unique offerings. Raffles at The OWO in London earned acclaim for transforming a historic landmark into a lavish hotel, a testament to its six-year evolution.

Meanwhile, the Six Senses property in Rome was hailed as an oasis amidst the city’s hustle, reflecting a harmonious blend of luxury and tranquility.

This prestigious ranking also recognizes other outstanding properties, such as Estelle Manor in the UK, Istanbul’s Peninsula, and the Mandarin Oriental in Costa Navarino, Greece, the latter following its recognition as LTI’s World’s Best Luxury Hotel Brand in 2023.

Bulgari made a notable impression with two properties taking top spots, with Bulgari Tokyo swiftly emerging as a contender for Japan’s most luxurious hotel, despite its recent opening in April.

Chopard’s Place Vendome in Paris, though discreet, garnered attention for its intimate setting, praised as a hidden gem in the heart of the city.

Ultimately, LTI’s accolades reaffirm Bulgari’s exceptional understanding of high-net-worth clientele, positioning it as a potential disruptor in the luxury hospitality landscape. The article underscores the brand’s exceptional investment in time and resources, highlighting its extraordinary properties in Rome as a testament to its unrivaled luxury and dedication to exceeding expectations.
