Jubail Island Investment Company Awards AED400 Million Contract for Jubail Town Center

Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) has awarded the construction contract for Jubail City Center at Souk Al Jubail, the commercial and retail hub of Jubail Island.
The contract, valued at approximately AED400 million, has been awarded to Pride Accord General Contracting Company and covers four office buildings and two residential buildings – Jubail Terrace Buildings 7 and 8.

Groundbreaking for Jubail Town Center 3 is expected to begin in 2024, with a target completion of Q3 2026.
