UAE and Russia Strengthen Parliamentary Cooperation Through High-Level Dialogue

Maryam bin Theneya, Second Deputy Speaker of the Federal National Council (FNC) of the United Arab Emirates, met with Konstantin Kosachev, Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, in Moscow recently. The purpose of their meeting was to explore ways to strengthen the cooperative relationship between the two legislative bodies.

The Eurasian Women’s Forum in St. Petersburg hosted a crucial discussion. Petersburg, a significant gathering that convenes dignitaries and delegates from everywhere to talk about world affairs. Enhancing parliamentary communication and collaboration on issues of shared interest was stressed by both leaders. They realized that developing closer relationships would lead to more fruitful discussion and sharing of strategies on legislative matters.
