The lucky draw took place on Wednesday, November 27, at Concourse C of Dubai International Airport, where the Millennium Millionaire Series 481 and the Finest Surprise draws were held. Alen’s winning ticket, number 0487, was purchased on Friday, November 8, at Terminal 2 of the airport.
Alen TJ, a chief engineer at the esteemed Jebel Ali Resort & Hotel, has lived in Dubai for the last eleven years.
