Azerbaijan and UAE Unveil Ambitious 1 GW Renewable Energy Projects During Baku Energy Forum

Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have jointly announced plans to develop three large-scale solar and wind energy projects in Azerbaijan, with a total capacity of 1 GW. This renewable energy production is expected to save 496 million cubic meters of natural gas annually and prevent the emission of over 943,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide.
