Falcon Luxe Rebrands with UAE AOC Plans and Fleet Expansion

Alex Jets has been rebranded as Falcon Luxe and will apply for a new Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) in partnership with Falcon Aviation Services in the UAE. Following the rebrand, Falcon Luxe plans to expand its fleet and work more closely with existing Falcon-branded companies.

Falcon Luxe CEO Can Şaşmaz cited “strong demand in the Middle East, Europe and other key markets” as the driver for the expansion. The operator currently holds the San Marino AOC under its previous brand, Alex Jets San Marino. The partnership with Falcon Aviation Services – which holds AOCs in the UAE and San Marino – will support the process of obtaining the new Emirati certificate.

Falcon Luxe will operate as the private jet charter arm of the group. Falcon Elite manages the company’s fixed-base operations (FBO) network. Other divisions include Falcon Flight Support, which provides flight support services, and Falcon Technique, which specializes in maintenance, repair and operations (MRO).

As part of the rebranding, Falcon Luxe unveiled a new Global Express XRS, A6-AFC (msn 9306). The 16.5-year-old ultra-long-range jet, operated by Falcon Aviation Services San Marino as T7-VSR, last flew under its previous registration on December 3 between Athens and Dubai World Central.

According to its statement, Falcon Luxe operates a total of 10 aircraft, offering the Challenger 605, Global 5000, Global Express, Global Express XRS and Falcon 2000EX variants for charter. Falcon Aviation Services operates six aircraft in the UAE, including a Falcon 900DX, a G450, a G550 and three DHC-8-Q400s, along with a helicopter fleet. The company also operates a Legacy 600 in San Marino. Falcon Luxe and Falcon Aviation Services both privately manage additional aircraft under commercial operations.

Falcon Luxe is part of the Alex Investment Group, a Dubai-based conglomerate with interests in real estate, travel and tourism, and food and beverage. Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, Falcon Aviation Services offers a wide range of aviation services. The company is chaired by Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Advisor to the President of the United Arab Emirates.
