UAE Weather Update: Dusty Skies, Light Rain, and Strong Winds Expected
The UAE’s Meteorological Department predicted that today’s weather will be dusty to partially overcast in several parts of the country’s east, north, and coast.
Some areas of the country, in the north and east, may get light rain.
Orange and yellow warnings for severe sea conditions have been issued by the National Centre for Meteorology, with northwesterly winds predicted to exceed 60 km/h.
The Arabian Gulf will have extremely choppy sea conditions until 6 a.m. on Thursday, with waves occasionally reaching 9 feet in height. In the Sea of Oman, conditions are also anticipated to be difficult.
By Wednesday evening and Thursday morning, the NCM predicted that humidity will rise in parts of the country’s interior regions.
Dubai’s daytime temperatures will be 22°C and its nighttime temperatures will be 20°C, while Abu Dhabi’s will be at least 18°C and no more than 22°C.
The temperature in Sharjah will be at least 19°C and at most 21°C.
