UAE sees pleasant weather, with fog in Abu Dhabi

UAE Weather: Dense Fog in Abu Dhabi, Mild Winds and Cooler Temperatures Nationwide
Dubai: Motorists driving on Abu Dhabi roads should exercise extra caution today. The National Centre for Meteorology (NCM) has warned that dense fog will be present in some areas until 9am.
The National Centre for Meteorology (NCM) has issued red and yellow weather warnings indicating low visibility in these areas.
Dense fog was observed in the Madinat Zayed, Al Ghuwaifat (Al Dhafra area) area this morning.
A safety alert issued by Abu Dhabi Police on social media reads: “During periods of fog, the maximum speed on Abu Dhabi roads is reduced to 80 km/h, and motorists are urged to adhere to this limit for their own safety and the safety of others. Road users.”
According to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), the weather is expected to be partly cloudy at times across the country. Also, be careful if you have dust allergies, as the NCM warned: “Light to moderate winds at times, [which] will blow dust and sand.”
The country’s maximum temperature is expected to range from 26 to 30 degrees Celsius, with minimum temperatures averaging 8 to 14 degrees Celsius.
The average temperature in coastal areas will range from 24 to 28 degrees Celsius, and in mountainous areas of the UAE from 17 to 21 degrees Celsius. The humidity in coastal areas will be moderate between 65 and 90 percent, while in mountainous areas it will be 55 to 75 percent.
The NCM also said that humidity is expected to increase overnight and Saturday morning, especially in coastal and inland areas.
The sea will be light to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slightly moderate in the Sea of Oman.
