He highlighted the leadership role the UAE played as the chair of COP28 and commended the successful cooperation between China and the UAE in the areas of environmental protection and climate change.

Huang emphasized China’s commitment to furthering policy exchanges, engaging in technical discussions, and enhancing cooperation with the UAE in low-carbon projects and environmental protection. Minister Huang and other notable participants attended an art exhibition called “Creativity and Research for Young Artists,” which commemorated 40 years of diplomatic ties between China and the United Arab Emirates, after the event. Public access to the exhibition, which features the artistic creations of young artists from both countries, will be available until December 28. The two nations are celebrating forty years of collaboration and respect for one another, and this event is a prime example of their growing cultural and diplomatic connections.
