Telangana worker in UAE dies of heart attack; family seeks government help
Telangana Worker's Family Appeals for Repatriation Aid and Salary Settlement

Hyderabad: The family of a worker from Telangana who tragically passed away due to a heart attack in Fujairah, UAE, has fervently urged the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) to extend assistance in repatriating the mortal remains back to India.
Shaik Nizamuddin, hailing from Fareed Nagar, Zaheerabad in Telangana, served as a driver for a company that ceased operations three years ago. Despite the company’s closure, the 63-year-old Nizamuddin remained in the UAE, awaiting settlement of his salary dues.
Shaik Amer, his son, received the heartbreaking news of his father’s demise due to cardiac arrest on Feb 24. Amidst profound grief, Shaik Amer implored the MEA to facilitate the repatriation of his father’s mortal remains to their homeland. Additionally, he earnestly appealed to the government to intervene and pursue his father’s former company for the settlement of his outstanding salary dues.
The family’s plight underscores the challenges faced by many expatriate workers and the pressing need for compassionate support during times of distress.
