Specifically addressing outdoor activities, authorities caution against allowing children to engage in play outside, citing potential risks associated with the anticipated severe weather. Residents are advised to exercise heightened awareness and avoid areas prone to flooding, such as rivers, valleys, dams, and coastal regions.

Precautionary measures extend to minimizing exposure to potential hazards, including billboards, falling trees, and airborne debris. Additionally, residents are reminded to secure their homes by ensuring that all windows, doors, and openings are properly closed to prevent any unforeseen incidents.
