UAE Weather: Dusty Conditions and Temperature Swings Expected This Week
Temperatures to fall below 40°C with rising humidity and dust storms expected in coastal and open areas

UAE Weather Update: Cooler Temperatures and Blowing Dust Expected Starting May 27
Dubai: A noticeable drop in temperatures is expected across the UAE starting Monday, May 27, offering residents some relief from the recent heatwave. According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), daytime temperatures are likely to dip below 40°C in several parts of the country.
In addition to the cooler temperatures, humidity is forecast to increase through Monday evening and Tuesday morning, especially in parts of the northern coastal areas. In some places, this could cause fog or mist.
The NCM also predicts light to moderate winds, gusting to 40 km/h, throughout the day. In open areas, these winds could stir up sand and dust, impairing visibility and affecting outdoor activities.
In general, local residents are encouraged to be aware of the daily forecast and take appropriate safety precautions, especially in windy and dusty conditions.
