UAE Successfully Mediates Russia-Ukraine Prisoner Exchange, Strengthening Its Role in Global Diplomacy

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has once again played a key role in diplomatic efforts between Russia and Ukraine, successfully mediating another prisoner exchange between the two countries. The UAE’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Wednesday that the two sides had exchanged 150 prisoners each, bringing the total number of people released through the UAE’s mediation efforts to 2,883.
