UAE Condemns Israeli Forces for Burning Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza

The UAE strongly condemned and condemned the burning of the Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip by the Israeli occupation forces and the forced evacuation of patients and medical personnel.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) stressed the UAE’s categorical rejection of this heinous act that violates international humanitarian law and the systematic and flagrant destruction of the remaining health system in the Strip.

In line with international law, particularly international agreements, the Ministry restated the UAE’s stance on the necessity of protecting civilians and civilian-related property and preventing their targeting during wars.

The Ministry warned of the terrible humanitarian disaster and the growing number of civilian casualties, expressing profound worry over the worsening humanitarian situation in the Strip.

The United Arab Emirates has urged the international community to step up efforts to prevent the situation in the occupied Palestinian territory from getting worse and to support any and all attempts to bring about a fair and comprehensive peace.
