Emirates Vision: Apple rolls out its premium Vision Pro headset to Taiwan after South Korea and UAE

Apple Expands Vision Pro Launch to Taiwan: Pre-Orders Begin December 5
Apple plans to bring its Vision Pro headset to Taiwan after launching it in South Korea and the United Arab Emirates. According to a press release, pre-orders for the headset will commence on December 5 and it will be on sale on Apple’s Taiwan website starting on December 17.
In Taiwan, the Vision Pro headset costs NT $119,900, or roughly $3,670. This is a little more than the $3,499 price tag in the United States for the 256GB model. Along with the base model, buyers can select models with more capacity, such as the 512GB and 1TB models. To provide a more personalized and engaging experience for customers who require prescription lenses, Apple also offers ZEISS optical inserts.
To portray Vision Pro as a high-end product rather than a popular one, Apple chose to launch it gradually and deliberately.
Given its delayed distribution approach, the business seems to be aiming for a niche market with its headset.
Markets in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, and the UK saw the launch of the Vision Pro in July. The possibility of its introduction in India has not, however, been confirmed.
Apple is reportedly working on a lower-priced version of the Vision Pro in an effort to reach a wider market, according to reports. This other model has been delayed and isn’t expected to debut until 2027, according to reports.
While the Vision Pro’s modest launch schedule reflects Apple’s conservative approach to market development, its revolutionary features and premium pricing underscore the company’s focus on catering to early adopters of the technology.
