Sharjah Executive Council Offers Exclusive Discount on Real Estate Registration Fees at Exhibition

In a strategic and forward-thinking initiative, the Sharjah Executive Council has recently announced a limited-time, groundbreaking offer on real estate registration fees in anticipation of the highly-anticipated ACRES 2024 exhibition. This pivotal event, meticulously organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) in collaboration with the Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), is scheduled to commence on January 16 and extend its immersive experience until January 20.
ACRES 2024 is poised to be a beacon for real estate enthusiasts, developers, and investors, offering an exclusive platform where premier developers and major brokerage firms will showcase their projects with enticing deals, discounts, and flexible payment plans. Notably, the Sharjah Executive Council has declared a distinctive discount on registration fees, applicable solely to Sharjah-based projects during the exhibition days.
As a result of these substantial fee reductions, real estate developer sale fees will be impressively slashed to a mere 0.5%, fostering an environment conducive to increased investment. Purchase fees for UAE and GCC citizens will be attractively set at a nominal 1%, while other nationalities will experience a competitive rate of 2%.
Under the esteemed patronage of Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, the Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, ACRES 2024 emerges as a dynamic and inclusive platform, facilitating the convergence of stakeholders in the real estate market. This includes developers, investors, and industry professionals, providing an unparalleled opportunity to showcase innovative projects, discuss lucrative investment opportunities, and foster collaborative networks.
The international allure of ACRES 2024 is evident with the participation of over 93 prominent companies and developers hailing from diverse countries such as the UAE, Oman, Jordan, Georgia, Egypt, Türkiye, Morocco, and more. To accommodate the overwhelming interest, this year’s exhibition space has witnessed a remarkable expansion of 60%, ensuring an enriching experience for participants and visitors alike.
Beyond the exhibition floor, the Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre (Tahkeem) is set to host the inaugural edition of the “Urban Arbitration Forum” concurrently with ACRES. This pioneering forum aims to acquaint investors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers with the pivotal role of the center in supporting economic sectors through arbitration.
ACRES 2024 is not merely an exhibition; it’s an immersive experience, offering a robust agenda filled with enriching seminars, workshops, and panel discussions in both Arabic and English. This comprehensive program aims to highlight cutting-edge technologies, present the latest market approaches, and engage participants in insightful conversations.
