Sharjah Police Promotes Youth Safety and Awareness with Ramadan Initiative
Sharjah Police and the Sharjah Self-Defense Sports Club launched a two-week Ramadan initiative titled “Protect Yourself by Protecting Your Community.” Through interactive exercises, the program sought to teach youth about social responsibility, self-discipline and safety.
The program aimed to promote a proactive attitude to individual and collective well-being by educating young people about security and healthy habits. Learning was made fun and memorable by the participants’ participation in self-defense classes, first-aid seminars, and cultural contests.
The initiative received positive engagement, emphasizing Sharjah Police’s dedication to nurturing responsible and safety-conscious young citizens. Through such efforts, the police aim to foster a community where individuals are equipped to protect themselves and contribute to a safer society.
