Sharjah Police Enhances Student Engagement at UOS Forensics Exhibition
At the University of Sharjah’s College of Law’s annual Forensics Exhibition, the Sharjah Police General Command made a big impression, reaffirming its position as a major force in public safety and education. Through interactions with professionals who work in the disciplines of security and forensic science, the event provided students with an engaging opportunity to learn more about these subjects.
Key Departments Showcase Expertise
The exhibition featured strong representation from several core units of the Sharjah Police, including the Forensics and Laboratories Department, the Anti-Narcotics Department, and the Security Media Department. Senior authorities including Colonel Amer Al Harmoudi and Brigadier General Naji Mohammed Al Hammadi were present, which further demonstrated how important Sharjah Police views sector cooperation and educational outreach.
Developing Connections Between Academics and Law Enforcement
The project is part of Sharjah Police’s larger goal to improve relations between law enforcement and academic institutions, the police department stressed. In addition to building community ties that encourage mutual learning and support, their involvement demonstrates a dedication to developing knowledgeable youth and future leaders.
Empowering Youth for a Safer Society
Through interactive sessions and demonstrations, the police aimed to raise awareness among students about public safety and their role in maintaining it. This approach supports the Police Command’s larger goal of improving quality of life and encouraging responsible citizenship by blending educational experiences with real-world security knowledge.
This initiative highlights Sharjah Police’s forward-thinking vision: to inspire the next generation through knowledge-sharing, civic responsibility, and a shared commitment to national security.
