In preparation for the upcoming 10th term elections for the Shura Council, Oman’s Ministry of Interior, in collaboration with the Royal Oman Police, has announced a special service for the renewal and replacement of voters’ ID cards. This service will be available on Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., at all civil status centres across the country.
The Shura Council elections are scheduled to take place on October 29, 2023, marking an important democratic milestone in Oman’s political landscape.
